Jordan ties discussed

Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) chairman Dr Essam Fakhro yesterday held talks with Jordan Prime Minister Samir Zeid Al Riffae on promoting co-operation.

The Jordanian Premier welcomed Bahraini investments in his country.

He also called upon both private sectors to set up a joint holding company.

"The project aims at seizing investment opportunities in all economic sectors in Bahrain and Jordan," he said.

Education Minister Dr Majid Al Nuaimi and other senior officials attended.
